Google enhances developer tools, Android Studio hits version 1.3 and Polymer reaches version 1.0

Google is making their development tools even better, with Android Studio getting a bump up to version 1.3, and Polymer goes official with version 1.0.

On the stage at Google I/O, Google introduced a large update to Android Studio, made Polymer official, and introduced Cloud Test Lab. With all of these new tools, Google has improved the developer experience, giving them better tools to get the job done.
